You can request for a refund via the Contact page. Just select “I want to request a refund” tag, enter your name, email, type “refund” in the message box and click the send button. We’ll process the refund request immediately. Please allow 14 days for the refund process to complete.

Please note that the refund is only allowed within 30 days from the purchase date.

However, you can still present your case via the refund process. State your reason inside the message box and we’ll review your case. Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund will be approved.
